We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must have the Shipping insurance of 299/- , to be eligible to get the replacement. The Damage insurance is available on the cart.
And also you must have the unboxing video of our product, as a proof of that the damage has not been done by you after the unboxing.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at gallerybytheworkshop@gmail.com. When you initiate a replacement, the process may take up to a week to process the replacement.
If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as candles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case if you have recieved a damage piece, you can initiate a replacement as soon as you recieve the package. Also you must have the shipping insurance worth 299/- to be elidgible to initiate the replacement. Also you must have the unboxing video of each product as a proof of that the damage has not been done by you after the unboxing.
There are no such return policies we have, we only replace the products and only if you are eligible for that, according to our terms.
