Shipping Policies

SHIPPING

We deliver all our products with major logistics companies like Delhivery, XpressBees, Shiprocket etc. Since our products are made up of FRP(Fiber-Reinforced-Polymer) , They are fragile. We always work best on our packaging side but in very few cases the items may get damaged during the shipping process. We deliver the products without any damages. In case you recieve a damaged piece, you may request for the replacement. Please note that if you want to process a replacement, please keep these things in mind -

  • We always make sure to deliver the products with best packaging to avoid any kinds of damage and always deliver the product with the perfect condition.
  • You must have the unboxing video of the product.
  • You must have the Shipping Insurance to easily process the replacement.
  • You must have to report the issue to us within 3 days after delivery.
    DELIVERIES

    All orders are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail.

    Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at gallerybytheworkshop@gmail.com or at +91 6266995505 for us to resend it (additional charges may apply) as soon as we receive it.

    PAYMENTS

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won't be accepted. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

    EMI payment method is available as well, just follow the following steps -

    1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as the payment options.

    2. You will be redirected to the Shopflo Payment page, where you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards which will have options to convert your payment into easy EMI's for the following banks -

      Return and Replacement Policies

      We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

      To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Conditions

      You must have the Shipping insurance that is available during checkout , to be eligible to get the replacement. The Damage insurance is available on the cart.

      And also you must have the unboxing video of our product, as a proof, that the damage has not been done by you after the unboxing.


      To start a replacement, you can contact us at gallerybytheworkshop@gmail.com. When you initiate a replacement, the process may take up to a week to process the replacement.
      If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as candles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Replacements

      In case if you have received a damage piece, you can initiate a replacement as soon as you receive the package. Also you must have the Shipping insurance in order to be eligible to initiate the replacement.

      Returns

      We do not have return policies for our orders. We can only replace the products and only if you are eligible for that, according to our terms.
